Just wanted to get an ideas of what everyone is using for drying and if they have compared products. When I started detailing, I was drying with terrycloth towels. I never liked animal skin chamois - no moral issue here - just never thought they dried all that great. I found The Absorber in Wal Mart in 2004 and have stayed with it ever since. But they actually seem to vary in effectiveness from unit to unit. I've had some that dried great and others that left noticably more water behind. I use smaller MF towels for interior cleaning and wax removal, but have not yet sprung for a big MF towel to dry with - I see a lot of you posting that MF is what you dry with. I have also seen a bit about the Waffle Weave towels. Can anyone give me a comparison to other materials?
Of course, if the car was waxed with SUPER-GLAZE, the water rolls off spot free just by me looking at it!!! :rofl (Sorry, couldn't help myself.)
