Best College Car?

Ok I got another question for ya!? I don't have the Jeep YET...little bit longer!!! :bawling:

I want to upgrade the headlights and fog lights because I just don't like how dim they are compared with other cars. I found an awesome set of projector headlamps with LED markers....it looks really cool but it doesn't say how much work is involved. All it says it that it comes with the kit to upgrade and can be used with factory bulbs??? If I get the projectors i might as well get the HID bulbs right? or no....what are the best bulbs to get to replace the factory bulbs? Also, what electrical work has to be done to do the upgrade? Any info and/or links to websites would be great!

I've upgraded some headlight systems before, and I'd be careful, seems like there are a lot of crappy/ripoff headlight upgrades on the market.

I don't know just which systems are right for your application, but I'd sure do a lot of research before you buy. I'd want to hear from some people (more than one ;) ) who are happy with whatever you're considering. And I'd want some pretty specific reasons why.

Find out stuff like how the wiring harnesses are built, how many relays they use, stuff like that. If they cheap-out on the harnesses then the whole system will suck, it's always a clue.

I'd suggest a used Nissan Maxima, or if you want something more like the Jag then the Maxima's platform-mate the Infiniti I30. I'm a college student, and my I30 is a great car for it-comfortable to drive to and from school (I live in MA and go to college in VA), enough room for four or five people, and the Infiniti badge makes it a chick manget.
