Best Cleaning Quick Detailer

I've been searching for a similar product. Just didn't know which to choose. I'm thinking of going with S&W to clean and then 425. Sound good? I get quite a bit of pollen here from all the local walnut trees and trying to wash it every other day gets tiresome.

As far as cleaning properties ONLY:

1) Finish Kare 146

2) One grand show off

Poorboys spray and wipe has better cleaning properties that those 2, but I don't consider it a true QD as it leaves no protection. The chemical guys pro detailer is supposed to be very close to S&W in cleaning properties. I also assume detailers pride waterless wash works as good as S&W.

waterless wash (more cleaning, no protection): S&W, pro detailer, DP waterless wash.

Quick detailer (protection, better shine): FK #146, one grand show off.

Cool. I use One Grand as it gets dirt and bird crap off very nicely IMO. But I've never tried anything besides what I mentioned on the initial post so I wasn't sure if there was anything better as far as cleaning QD's go.

I will try some of the overwhelming recommendations and I will be sure to try white95max's alchemy with the QEW (substitued with NRWS).

SnW will leave a nice gloss, but is more known for a cleaner. SnG has a very good gloss but not as much cleaning effect.

how does S&G comprae to megs quik detailer?

i was thinking of purchasing either S&W or QEW.... what is better if i wanted to maintain the car, but keeping the protection?

Sounds great! That's what I do, but instead of #425 I use Mothers FX Spray Wax. If you have a carnauba on the car though, you might want to go with the Chemical Guys Pro Detailer instead of S&W/425.

For pure cleaning of light dust, water spots, etc. , I find S&W to be the best I have found for a spray on QD.

Then I need to follow up with something else if I want to add protect (e.g. OCW, QD+)

Simply because it's 'nuba based? (sorry, still new/learning all of this) I've got some natty's blue lying around that I'd like to try out, when the weather permits.

Poorboys S&W followed by either Menzerna HGAS or my homebrew of one part Klasse SG and 3 parts distilled water (in a mister bottle rather than a sprayer). You get clean then shine and durability.

Just got prima range in and the slick claims to be good cleaner so we shall see

Other than that, QS and Final gloss booster are real good

Yes. The CG Pro Detailer has 'nuba in it so it will interfere with the bonding of any future layers of sealant, so use it only if you have Natty's on the car (or you're planning to thow on a coat of Natty's next).

I use pink wax, and then apply 425 with no problems. Dont know why you would be opposed to it.
