best car soap

05spectraSX

Love my 2005 Spectra SX!
does anyone know what company is the best car soap to buy like at a local auto store. I was thinking of getting the kind that contains lubricant in it. Do you think that is good

If I buy local, I like Zymol or and Liquid Glass car wash. Both of them suds up well, and offer decent slickness.

I just saw Meguiars GC at Costco... 1 gallon jugs. I wasn't sure about it, but now I'll go buy it. Thanks.

any megs products. they are the best otc and the nxt or gc are both great, maybe buy a smaller botte of both and try them out so you can decide

Mothers Cali Gold is my favorite OTC wash. Leaves no residue, doesn't strip wax, and lubricates/cleans well.

I prefer Megs gold class because it has gets better suds than NXT, but i heard NXT is better if you have hard water

I didn't find NXT to particularly good at preventing water spots. I also found it to be hard on LSP.

If you can Duragloss at your parts store..it is one of the best OTC washes out there....

It has great lubricity...suds up great...cleans real good...and leaves a nice shine...

I use MALCO CW-37, suds up well, guides over and cleans the surface better then other soaps I have at the shop. No waxs in it. It was off the MALCO truck thatservices the auto dealer ships, body shops, and repair shops> The local NAPA AND CARQUEST handle a few items from them on hand. It was in the shop when I took over and works the best of the3-4 other that I have on hand in there. the body shop next door uses ULTRA VIOLET which doesnt contain silicone.
