My trailblazer ss is arctic white...and it's canadian soldier season so I got bugs galor. Plus with all the road work I got tar too. What is the best T&B remover?

I use Car Brite Bug Away and will never use anything else. 1:14 dilution ratio and is extremely powerful. When used with a power washer 80% of bugs come off without touching them. The rest are softened to the point they come right off during the hand wash. Very good stuff.

groebuck I feel your pain.. I used it on our ambulances which are while and they are BOXY so it's like a giant billboard rolling down a highway right between to swamps..

Bug Squash work better the good.... it's GREAT...

and that is why I'm a member of the five gallon club

You can also soak a cloth in it to drape/hold in place over tough tar globs and it helps break it up nicely as opposed to sprays running off the glob.

You can put it in a foamer and use it as a pre-wash.

You can put it in the wiper reservoir.

Or you can be bland, and just spray it.

Just don't try and make a cake with it.

corrected for me

I clean bugs off as soon as I get home so nearly anything will remove them.
Most of the time I use S&W.

I have not had to remove tar in several years but since I have 2 diesels and a diesel lawn mower I always have diesel fuel on hand so I use it for removing tar.

Any fuel oil type product will dissolve tar, You will need to apply a LSP after cleaning

I can get 5 gallons of diesel for what 16 ounces of stuff labeled tar remover would cost and I always have it on hand. :yay

Haven't tried this with bugs yet, but it works great on tar

And whatever this doesn't get, I make up for with a little bit of elbow grease;)
