This customer called me to see if I could fix up some damage on the hood of his Bentley GT that was inflicted by the dealership when it was brought in for service. Someone had used a high speed rotary and wool pad on the hood that had no business using one, on a Bentley no less. Fortunately, the damage was confined to only the hood and the rest of the car only had some light to medium swirls to deal with. After a couple test spots, I found that a Meg's MF cutting disc and HD Polsh to be the best combo for this car. The paint was fairly soft, but not too soft, making it a dream to work on and I was able to correct the damage using only 2 passes on the hood and one pass on the rest of this car, finishing down LSP ready. I used Optimum Opti-Seal for the LSP as it really brought out the gloss and made the metallic black paint really pop.

Here is a 50/50 of the damage on the hood I Was dealing with. The sun was in and out of the clouds every 5 seconds making it difficult to get many good shots of this.

And the only sun shot I was able to get before the sun went behind the clouds for the rest of the day (before LSP)

The after pics. I just wish the sun had been out.

While I was there, the customer also had me do a quick one-step on his Carerra 4S. This was done using KAIO on a white LC pad.

Sweetness. I can't understand why a high end dealership would let some untrained bozo with a buffer anywhere near the car.
