before and after

i worked on this car the other day i started with sun light and finished with halogen light



i took the before pictures during the day and took afters this afternoon



before yall bash about fender linings being dirty its been raining here and he drove it last night they used to be clean

the befores are at the bottom and the afters are at the top lemme know what u guys think



was only a $100 US job so take that into mind too
 
I'll respond b/c I feel your pain, I dont get alot of responses either. Looks great! It looks like they have alot of rock chips on the fender.

anyways i dunno where u saw the rock chips but the right rear passenger door obviously had something run down it possibly another car becuase it was touched up with a different color of black and it wasnt smooth thru there the guy bought it used from jersey and it was a girls car before he got it all the doors had wonderful paint chips off the edges that had been touched up
 
I like the clean truck in your avatar! :) JK anyways good job on the detail. What products and processes did you use?
 
lol well the clean truck in the avatar is also the dirty truck in the relflection :)



i started by washing, then used PC with yellow Propel pad and DACP, then used light green Propel pad with Swirl Free Polish, then S100, tried the NXT tire shine in the aerosol can sprayed it on then wiped it off



there are still some scratches and swirls in it but he was really pleased i watched him back out into a bush when i was leaving today :) so i know ill be returning to fix that made me kinda mad that i worked so hard to watch it go to trash but then i remembered ill be fixing it so its ok cause its more money in my pocket :)
 
lol yea i looked under the hood and was like man this is amazingly clean then i started looking close they just sprayed it with armorall or something cause under plastic it was NASTY lol i didnt even mess with the engine though i just wanted to see what the 2.8 was all about

lol you gotta love the fro ! :) yea i guess i should got them wheel wells seems thats what brings the final detail all together AHAHAHAHA
