Looks great, it's fun working with SS paint. One of the biggest before and after's you can get. Here's some of mine. This wasn't so much SS paint, but neglect.

Yes, it is a SS paint job. I have since finished the car, and will post before and after pics soon. The owner almost cried when she saw it.

can this be used on a pc? or only a rotary?

There is no way you could get these kind of results with a orbital, you need a high speed rotary to cut this hard.
