Hi all,



The local Porsche club is having their annual "Bring Your Other Car" event/picnic today at the Kawasaki Corporate office, from 10:00am to 2:00pm



(9950 Jeronimo Road in Irvine, CA)





I’ll have a 1974 Yellow Porsche 914 on display that I buffed out one side of last nite. Although this is a club event, it would probably be okay if a few Autopians dropped by to say “Hi� and check out the Porsche.

I’ll be posting a write up of the products and procedures I used to restore the single stage yellow finish if anyone is interested.



A “True Autopian� always cleans, polishes and waxes the back of the license plate.

The car looks great...good luck!



I have a question...in the future I plan on buying an old sports car and possibly restoring it. Where would I look for these beat up cars? Also when I do find one...how do you find the parts for them?
