Before & After pics of me...

Clean Dean

Keep it clean !!!
I competed yesterday in the INBF Northeast America Competition (drug tested organization), and placed 3rd in the Heavyweight class. I was happy but not content with the improvements I made to my physique this past year, and embarked on a very strict 12 week diet. I had a very successful competitive bodybuilding run in the late 1990's and won most of the shows I entered. I have fine tuned my physique to about 85% of where it once was and will be looking to make the necassary improvements this year to return to top form.

Here is the results of 12 weeks of dieting. The pics were taken at 12 weeks, 6 weeks and the day after the show (loaded with pizza and beer). I started the diet at 256 lbs. and weighed in at 215 lbs. prior to the last pics.

Damn, dude...I don't even look that ripped in my wildest dreams. You have earned the right to be proud of that. Now I'm off to the treadmill...

Thanks Beemerboy. Life is pretty weird overall, and this is a passion of mine that ranks just slightly behind detailing. I was a bit hesitant about posting these pics it here on this site, but I know some of you will appreciate the "odd" other interests that we all have.

bigron62,

I'll PM you this week. I would love to hear more about your process. Us "old timers" are still fighting the goods fight !!!

Nice work Dean. I try to stay as fit as I can, so I do a lot of jogging and running. been doing it for about a year and half now. the wintertime kinda saw me get lazy with it because of the cold, but i am hitting it hard again since it has warmed up. Eating healthy helps a lot too. What did your diet consist of?
