Bed liner over spray removal?

I spent two hours taping off every last piece of my Jeep and then inspecting the tape only to find a tiny bit of spray that found its way through the tape. It actually would not surprise me in the spraying pressure combined with the very solid material punched a hole in it.

I tried removing it simply with clay bar. That did not even take off the tiny specks. I considered treating this like paint over spray and wet sanding it off. Wet sanding such an uneven surface of hard liner may prove disastrous though.

Opinions?

I think you might be screwed. Try a plastic razor blade but that stuff is usually meant to be permanent. Maybe call the manufacturer and ask them. I guess you coudl always try sanding it off and then polish the paint.
