hey, i got 2 12's in my mountaineer. not bazzoka tubes but just reg subwoofers
for 10 compared to a 12 its the how much bass u want...12 will be deeper sound. and as long as the amp is puttin out RMS (constant) power of what the sub wants then it will be alot bassier then the 10. so in my opinion go with the 12 if u want loud deeper bass.
u will probally need a special harness to connect it to the stock cd deck in ur truck though. u can find these online by just searching. for ur model and year truck and all that.
now i would probally go with either a 6 or 4 guage wireing kit (can also pick up at almost any car audio place or best buy. 4 is biger and can carry more wattage....it should say where ever u buy it how big it can handle. plus make sure the kits come with a fuse and fuse holder and a bunch of other stuff.
for how to hide the wire....the best way is to go from ur amp in the back of ur truck around the edge (where wall meets floor) and then pop off the door plate thingy (part u step on to get in and out usally plastic trim piece) it should just pop right off without any tools(usally) and run it up and inside the dash. thats for the RCA cables and remote turn on wire(come with kit). now on the opisite side of ur car do the same thing but punch through ur firewall (carefull not to hit anything) and run it to ur battery with the fuse about 6 inches away from the bat. for the ground just find a spot right next to ur amp thats metal (either frame or body) and grind through the paint or whatever so its bare metal and screw a one of those lil loop things that u can attach a wire to and the other side has a ring where u can put a screw through. (dont know a better way to say that)
ur remote turn on wire will have to connect to a switched 12V source. this will turn the amp on and off with the car(so it wont stay on the whole time). u can either wire this in to a switch (but then u run the chance of forgeting to turn it off and end up with a dead bat) the best way to to tap into the wireing harness behind the cd deck which there is probally a wire labeled 12V switch or to the cigerate lighter which is switched (but u migth have to take half the dash apart to get to it.
anyother questions dont be afraid to ask.
