Backing Plate

I guess I didnt realize that the 7424 didnt come with a backing plate. I have 6.5 LC Pads. What plate do I need?

When I used 6.5" pads, I used a 6" backing plate and it worked just fine. There was still sufficient space between the edge of the plate and the edge of the pad. I now use 5" pads and have no need for my 6" backing plate.

get the LC (or any) 5" backing plate...

Ahh. I just bought the 6 inch backing plate I think. I ordered it over the weekend. I guess Ill just order a plate for 4 or 5 inch pads next and have both.
