backing came off pad can you glue it?

I have the pads which came with the classic motor accessories kit I think made by lake county. I was cleaning it after using it by soaking in water and tide. The backing pad came off. The pad is still good. Any suggestions about glueing it back on expoxy or superglue?

There have been other suggestions but those are the only ones that I can remember.... if you search you may find other ideas.

I've used the Sprayway adhesive on foam /Velcro, works great

ditto TOGWT. I use the spraway's too, and it works great. Just don't get any on your hands, b/c it's super sticky!

thanks guys I am trying some super glue and I ordered a new pad as a backup if that does not work I will try one of the adhesivies David
