Autopia member, Daniel Wendell, has been featured in the Roanoke Times. And the young man is not yet 16. What kind of detailer will he be in ten years? I imagine we'll all be working for him! :)

Yeah for Daniel. That is an article to clip and save for your scrap book so that later you can look back and see how far you have come. :)



Better yet after reading it, I am going to print, and hang the article up in my shop to insipire the youngsters that I have working with me. The only down side is that I just hope that I do not lose customers to this young man. :)

Thanks man! Its great to finally get a little public recognition you know? I made some great contacts tonight at PCA christmas party! Hope to work on a 400i or 412 or something? Todd, its the one you worked on a while back.

It does just accent the point though that you shouldn't believe everything you read in the papers ... and for some people they seem to think the newspapers are 100% correct. I can't tell you how many times I've heard people say "If it weren't true, they couldn't print it in the newspaper". :nixweiss
 
When Daniel first posted here, I dismissed him as a kid who just wanted to make some money washing cars and seeing his name on a forum. Well, I was wrong... and I apologized to him in a PM



The young man does have his act together...more teenagers should take a lesson from him! :xyxthumbs

I too thought you were just a kid wanting to wash and wax cars which I thought was a really cool idea..................you are so FAR beyond that. Keep it up. Keep learning and don't skip on the education either...........I'm a teacher sorry LOL.
