What are reward points? I just recently started using the PBMG sites. I did not know about points, how do I look them up and use them? Are they exclusive to each site ? ( Blackfire, Autotopia etc. ) I wish they had this a month or so ago. Thanks

Also, if you placed an order recently you have 2 weeks to create an account and still get credit for the points.

As long as you use the same email address for your account as you do when you place an order, you'll receive the points.

And the points are exclusive to Autopia.

How long does it take to be able to order and get free shipping and 10% off once you buy auto-connect ?

I got the rewards but when I tried to order no 10% off and there was a charge for shipping...

You'll get an updated email on Monday. Since your account hasn't been manually upgraded yet, its on hold until it gets processed. You'll see the shipping disappear, the shipping will be expedited and your card will be processed for the right amount. Right now there would just be a pending charge (or hold) on your card.
 
Had to act on this, and sign up also!! No Brainer is right!!! A Few months earlier got back to detailing my own vehicles, done with the so called car wash detail experience (love paying for swirl marks and dings, and then having to finish what I paid for). Had detailed my car so much when I was young, the neighbors would make jokes is there going to be any paint left on that car when you are done. I thought back and when I was young I didn't have swirl marks, dings, etc. and the car was clean and brand new looking when done, I loved doing it and it was not a chore . After my last experience at the car wash I thought,When you want to get something done right do it yourself. Now much older and a fatter wallet I called Autopia. I had done some research on their website about what quality products to use for what applications, etc, Autopia was the best!!! So I placed my first big order. Well now it is an Addiction thanks to all the kindness on the other end of that first phone order. I will admit I have purchased from other sites in between since due to sales and my addiction, but I am definitely Back where I Started with Autopia and Connect. How can you beat the double points, 10% + other sale%, connect specials, and how about 3 day shipping for us on the west coast (who just can't wait to see that box on the doorstep like it is under the Christmas tree. Thank You autopia for the opportunity for connect and the free gift when signing up, and also thank you for your customer service. Yeh, no more peanuts AG (I would deal with it though if that's the sacrifice for lower cost). Love the video trashmanssd, I keep laughing and laughing, that is too good!!!!
