I believe that before Connect, points did expire and there was a change after connect.

The other day I noticed that my points earned and points available didn`t match, and some points showed that they had expired. I sent an email to customer service, and got an answer from Ray saying that the points expired was an error, based on an older system where points expired after six months. My expired points were restored and the new total is correct. Just send an email and it should be corrected.

Who has the most negative points? I am at -592 points and I have spent 300$ in last 2 weeks and I think that made them go more negative.

Going to be some late nights trying to figure out where the points have been going. I noticed mine did not double as they should have.

Everyone is not the only one!!(sounds like a country song). I have been having the same problem myself. My points are also up and down, and need to be rectified. I absolutely understand because I wanted to use some of them during a recent purchase. Hopefully due to all of us responding something will get done with PBMG, and Ray can try to work it all out in our best interest. In the meantime????????

Too bad I didn`t have a chance to use my points during the sale this past weekend. Probably was for the best since I have too much stuff as it is lol

This is the issue they are working to resolve. Over the last month I`ve had over 500 points disappear, not even counting the 1000 or so that I`m just plain missing. I`m also in the negative.

im sure they will get it straightened out. If they have a sale like this past one for July 4th you can bet I`ll be redeeming ALL of my points
