Autopia closed?

I haven't gotten anybody to pick up the phone and have left 2 voicemails, the first one 12 days ago, without hearing back. Is Autopia closed for a vacation or something?

I've had a similar experience not too long ago. I ended up sending a PM to one of the Autopia reps/mods here and got the situation resolved. They were very helpful.

edit:

I just got off the phone with Autopia-Carcare and it went really well. So it appears whatever the issue was, it seems to be better now. The customer service was very good.
 
I understand it can be frustrating, but in their defense.................

It's finally detailing season in the northern 42 states. (well it was before the snow storm yesterday)

So they gotta be going nutso taking, picking, packing shipping orders, as well as helping people with their questions.

I can honestly say that PMBG is incredible at customer service and customer satisfaction. (and a bunch of fun people too)
 
Always had a great experience when dealing with customer service. I can see Ronkh's point of view also. Probably very busy. I know my orders have picked up quite a bit in the past month
