Autopia a threat?

Hey Flash - you may be right, but Fonzie? Fonzie was a poser, never rode a bike and had the whole thing filmed sitting on a trailer! Sorry to bust ya chops, and FWIW - I was really let down to find this out - on the Happy Days revisted show on one of those TLC channels, they play it every few months.

Autopia has been a vital part of the explosion in the popularity of auto detailing (IMO). Hopefully they can get the issues under control and get it back to operating smoothly.

My Macs and Safari put up a warning every time I hit a link to autopia.

Not going near that place with a 10 foot pole... don't need drama like that.

I'll just frequent here, MOL, DW, and DB for now.

Looks like a fix is on the horizon.

The Admin just posted this:

At this moment, there is no code running on autopia that should not. We should be off of google's warning list in 24-48 hours.

The malignate code was was in base 64 which made finding it, near impossible. We removed code that was hidden in various parts of our 3 gig database. Was like looking for 3 needles in 3 different haystacks.

Apparently the same vunerability that affected us, is now affecting several other vbulletin forums. We have made the server as security as possible. Hopefully if there in a vulnerability in vbulletin, it will get found and fixed soon.

Finally can maybe go back to making autopia a beter place.

I really do feel bad for the new owners.

This transition could not possibly be worse than it has been.

Seems to be ok. Loaded up the site w/o any warnings. I'm on firefox btw.

only thing I saw is this:

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at [path]/includes/vbgallery/search_start.php:66) in [path]/includes/functions.php on line 4939

No idea on the meaning though.

I don't do much internet searching on my home computer, besides Autopia. I just had to take it in for the "Security Tool" virus, not sure if it came from Autopia or not, hopefully no one else got it from there b/c it's an annoying virus.

They REALLY need a spell and grammar checker before posting stuff like this...

Honestly that place has been a complete mess since releasing the new forum. It just makes them look like they don't have a clue as to what they are doing over there.
