Autoglym 'Twins' experiment

This is kind of newbish, but I ordered the "twins" a little while ago and was wondering if are supposed to put on a coat of wax after EGP? I thought EGP was a wax itself....

thanks

Finally got a chance to try this method on mom's car today. Worked like a charm!

Temp is in the mid 40's, but I was working in her unheated garage because of the rain. Maybe mid 50's in the garage?

After a QEW bath, I put on SRP using my PC on 4 w/ blue Sonus pad. Cleaned the windows and dressed the tires, then put on EGP by hand using a MF applicator. Conditioned leather, dressed dash, Rain-X on windows, buffed dressing off tires (didn't pay attention to time, so guage it by what I did in between :) ). Then removed the EGP by hand using a MF towel. Came off very easily!

Don't have the best lighting in the garage, but the car looks pretty nice from what I can tell. Pretty wet and super slick feeling. Every time I use the Autoglym twins I like em even more :xyxthumbs

Yep, these are great. Amazing shine and durability. I applied once coat of each a month ago, and it is still beading like crazy, even after 3 car washings with Turtle Wax soap(I know, a no-no in Autopia land). I kind of like how they don't try to hide the chemical smell, like Klasse doesn't. Gives me the feeling that I am working with a real professional product. Don't pass these up, as they are easy to work with, well-priced, and won't disappoint.

AG is one of my weapons of choice for my car, used them for about a year (easy to get in Aus.) a layer of SRP and EG and two layers of mothers carnuba keeps its going for a a couple of months ;)

note that i also adopted the spray bottle method and find i'm using WAY less product, so savings for different products! yay.
