Autogeek is off my list, any other place to order pads from?

Thank you for calling in today Jose, as with any problems, things come up and misunderstanding happen.... bottom line is that I want you the customer to receive the best care possible. So thank you for calling in today and placing your order, enjoy your products and thank you for bringing it to my attention.

To those of you that might be offended somehow by my quarell with bobby, I apologize for not making myself clear on what all happened but meghan understood and helped me out. Theres more that I just didn't care to get into. Meghan went above and beyond I think when I called in to place my order. I really cant thank her enough! Hopefully i'll still get my stuff by this coming week inspite of the small delay, then its all over and done with;).

glad u didnt stop doing business over 1 employees attitude. especially since it seems that hes one of the newbies there. No company is perfect and its hard for a larger company to run a tight ship 24/7. usually i deal with a local company, pakshak.com because they carry most of the high end products i need, but the difference is theres one owner/operator/salesman so its more personal. like a neighborhood mom and pop store.

with that said i must commend Autogeek for their service over the years(esp. meghan and jason) and always look to them first if i cant get what i need locally in Hawaii(shipping is brutal thats why) they do a great job for the volume they do :2thumbs: btw meghan u owe me a Dp krystal vision clean glass kit that was lost in my mixed up last order :nana: lol she promptly promised to pack one in on my next order. :Geezx no attitude or problems here.

offering price matching is always a touchy subject in a lot of businesses. When i used to manage a retail national shoe store company at Ala Moana Mall(hawaiis biggest mall) i would sigh and roll my eyes when people would come in and price match a 80 dollar shoe with a 76.99 shoe they saw at another mall(happens often enough). and of course its not like the 3 dollars comes out of my pocket, its just a lot of typing and paperwork and the hassle of confirmation from that other retailer. plus some peoples cheapness amazes me.

Soo i never expect a genuine smile or A+++ service when im price matching pennies. (not taking a shot at you im just saying in general since this practice sometimes gets out of control) i think most people that pricematch nowadays only buy one item, it was originally intended to consolidate your shopping needs by matching the value of the competitions product so you buy it all from the same place, creating brand loyalty.

To you, you were placing a good sized order, you wernt. You called and asked for a company (that frequently has 15% promos) to drop their pants because you were placing an order. You had a personality conflict with someone who thought you were pushing your luck. You come here and trash AG.

Try to anticipate your needs around the sales a company has. Its not their fault you have allowed yourself to run out of stock.

I order maybe 75 bucks worth of crap a year, so im not an AG leg humper either.
