Just wanted to share my experience with ADS and Rick. I called ADS on Friday to ask a few questions about some products I wanted to order and ended up leaving a message. Within a couple of hours Rick called me back. He was really helpful and professional and took his time answering my questions and gave me some good pointers. I placed my order with him Saturday night and I received my order today, Tuesday. I give ADS two big thumbs up for customer service :2thumbs:. This was only my first order, but I can say with confidence that Rick's customer service is top of the line. I put him up there with Ranney, Phil, Bob, and Patrick. I will definitely order from him again.
 
I recently placed an order with them and had a similar positive experience. He sent me an email to verify my shipping address and I received a tracking number just a short while after that.

Unless you live in Canada.



I wrote him an email asking if it was possible to work something out in order to have an order shipped to me in Canada since it stated that they only shipped to the U.S. on their website.

It's just not fair :(

I've tried contacting most if not all of the websites members on here have referred me to for quality MF towels in bulk, and haven't yet found one willing to ship to me :(
 
I really like the fact that he's near me being that he's on the West Coast.



I like when I receive my orders in the same week that I order them, hehe.

I know some Canadians (who live in Toronto) that get P.O. boxes in the Niagra/Buffalo area exactly for this reason. The cost is negligible and you don't even need to do it long term. Make and order, drive to your PO Box location, pick up your goodies and drive back (stopping at Casino Niagra to test your luck - of course).



Either that or find one of the online suckers (like me) who travels up North to bring you some stuff! Unfortunately, I don't have another trip planned for at least six months.

Second that one!



I put in an order Monday morning and half of it was at my door Tuesday night. That last part came today. Works out well because I really hate waiting.
 
Yes, ADS is great! I've ordered from ADS on 3 separate occasions and every time my order arrived safely and quickly.
 
Rick is on a level of his own in terms of customer service. He makes Nordstrom's look bad! :laugh:



I also love the fact that I get my packages overnight...everytime :bow
