Driven By Shine
Hey everyone this is my first post here so Ill take the time to say Hi as well, some of you may know me from other forums my name is Chris and I am a professional detailer on the Gold Coast, Queensland Australia "Driven By Shine Automotive Detailing"

I look forward to sharing and learning with you all.

Anyway

This is my Dads new car one week old and was delivered with all the usual factory options, "SWIRLS" "HOLOGRAMS" and the like yet this one seemed to be a special edition as it came with very rare and unwanted scratches down the bonnet about 1 inch wide from top to bottom.

Anyway due to very poor weather yesterday I had no sun and very little light so before shots didnt show anything speacial to look at, (so there are none  )

After pics start after the detail at 6.00pm so are under lights.

Went back today with full sun (gotta love Qld) and took some pics although it had been driven to work on wet roads, still looks the goods.

Wash
Clay - clay magic blue
Menzerna 85RD with black Wolfgang 7.5" pad and rotary
Menzerna 85RD with black 6.5" Wolfgang pad on RO
Bonnet needed to go up to Menzerna 3.01 with the white 7.5" Wolfgang pad and rotary to get thru the scratches.

Z6 wipedown

Great job on that wagon...I bet it looks better then when it came out the factory

Best we got here for a family sedan is the Ford 500:rolleyes:

Yep your right on the money Klnyc, its made by Holden a division of GM, its the wagon version of the "GTO" we call a Monaro, they come in ute, sedan, coupe, wagon and trayback.

And yes it does look better then the day it left the showrooom "NOW"

Nice Job!

Americans do have cool family cars, Chevy Impala and Ford Crown Vic!

Chevy impalas were a cool family car, the last cool chevy impala GM made was from 1994-1996, then GM decided that it was too cool and decided to scrap it.
As far as the Crown Vic goes, I dont think that it was ever a cool car to begin with. Now Ford did have the Mercury Maurader which was a semi cool car, but decided to scrap it since it got too cool I guess. Sad how they keep shooting them selves in the foot.
