This is my Ford 1998 AU1 Tickford XR6 VCT 260 horsepower falcon

385 nm of torque

4.0 litre straight six.



Now with new 18 inch wheels thanks to a falcon club member.



Needs a small drop in ride height by resetting the tickford springs but besides that, it's gold

Didn't want to crop down to 440 pixels. Mine are 2560 x 1900 and 1024 x 768
 
There's a spoiler on that rear spoiler! Is that how it comes from the factory or is that "2nd spoiler" an aftermarket add-on?



Very nice looking car. The new wheels changed the whole look of the car...for the better!

Hey I understand everyone's opinions. There is no way that the wheels on it will appeal to everyone's tastes



No that bi plane rear spoiler is factory, only 1400 - 1800 approx series 1 XR6 VCT's were made at the tickford and ford factories

That colour is only on the series 1's too, was replaced by monsoon and narooma blue's



THE BA falcon's XR8's, GT's and GTP's are a tougher & meaner looking car than the AU but are heavier and less aerodynamic but I still like them



the AU was available as a two door coupe from a family business in New south wales (Sydney) who would chop up and modify sedans



Got lots more products in the garage now too
