2006 Toyota 4-Runner. New customer, got my name from a friend of mine that I road bike with. Has a total of three vehicles he wants done, wasn't expecting my prices (he thought the going rate was around $100 for a detail) so he wanted to start with his daughter's 4-Runner to see what we could do with it first. Pretty rough shape, some scrapes along the sides that will require refinishing, headliner was a mess, so was the console. Doubt the roof had seen any wax at all, and the hood had a so-so repaint. Obviously not worth going nuts on, he just wanted a basic full detail (1 polishing step) and to help keep the price more reasonable due to the exterior condition, we ended up doing a true 1 step to the paint.
He seemed pretty happy with the work so the other two vehicles are now on the schedule.
ONR wash, Opti-Clay
Meguairs #105 by hand to clean up the passenger side headlight hazing
Optimum G-P-S with an Optimum MF polishing pad using my Chicago Electric DA polisher
ONR wash and wax @ 32:1 to clean glass
Armor All on tires/wheel wells
3D Trim Protectant on exterior trim

2013 Audi A6 S-Line. Owner contacted me about a couple months ago, originally he thought he wouldn't have the car until late summer but a few weeks ago he contacted me to let me know he'd have the car sooner than expected. We set up a date to Opti-Coat it, a few days prior, he contacts me to say he had a CEL that turned out to be a sensor under the manifold so we'd have to reschedule. The dealership did not honor his request it be kept inside while waiting on the sensor to be delivered and he found the car sitting outside, with some sort of goop on the hood and a scratch into the primer on the bumper. And despite him telling them not to wash the car, they sprayed it off anyway, leaving water spotting in the huge black plastic grill. He's decided that the scratch isn't noticeable enough to get the bumper refinished but he still isn't happy about how his car was treated. Not the best way to start off your first week of ownership...
The car overall though, was in pretty good shape, just some minor stray light marring here and there.
ONR wash, Opti-Raser Pink to spot clay
Optimum Hyper Polish using an Optimum MF cutting pad and my Chicago Electric DA
ONR wash
30% Alcohol solution to clean windshield to prep for Opti-Glass
Optimum Coating on the paint and wheels
Opti-Glass on the windshield
Armor All on tires/wheel wells
