Thanks for the advice Mike...as much as that kills my dreams and what not...Im going to have to look into it and see the costs...am I looking at a couple hundred or thousand? Do you know how hard it is to aqquire permits/licenses and make sure my garage is zoned for it? Who should I be talking to..my insurance company?

No no, Im not saying that what you said earlier is false and I shouldnt listen to it. It just sucks you know? :) My neighbors are cool about it and all...but I dont want to get in trouble with the city or something? Hope you didnt take my first response the wrong way..I just thought it sucked that I might have to go through all these steps...without knowing for sure how much business I might recieve.

My card which should arrive soon have my email, phone, and adress as I dont have my website created as of yet. Only the site reserved..Do you have any insurance or anything??
