Ask-A-Vendor Chat Night!

I agree last night was a great chat. The room keeps getting bigger every week. Looking forward to next week :)

Sounds like everyone is having a good time at chat night. I really wish I could make it and join in. I just don't get home in time.

I actually had joined the chat room over an hour ahead of time. What I saw was the posts from the last week's meeting (must have been cached somewhere) and then left and entered at 8:05 or so when no one else joined....very strange.

Cool--instant replay! I'll remember that in case I miss one.

See you tonight at 8 PM EST!

Very cool tonite with OPT. They took suggestion and answered a lot of good questions. Wish it would have been a bit longer tho!

Man, you get all the rock stars for the chat, Dwayne!

I'm telling you, Autopia Forums is the place to be to meet the manufacturers! As you saw, we get direct answers in real time and behind the scenes scoops that you just don't get anywhere else!

Hey Guys. Sorry I missed the chat. What did I miss?

Missed about 27 chatters getting their Optimum fix while DavidG and Chris told us all about their newest products and potential future products!

Thanks for DavidG and Chris from Optimum Polymer Technologies for joining us tonight and thank you to everyone that joined us in chat!

For future chats, maybe there could be a list of questions asked. Given the number of people in the chat (and no one except me using a unique color for their responses) it can be difficult to follow two or more threads. In the hour, we really on touched on a couple basic topics (optimum wash dilution, brief discussion on new polishes, opti-coat discussion).

Good suggestion Al.

I'll admit it got a little confusing, be we talked about a lot more than that. There was the whole trim restorer discussion, the discussion of "sealing" tires, packaging of the spray polishes/compounds in bulk (quarts), the "plausible deniability" mention of the interior sealer, and the why-you-don't-want-to-use-Dawn-on-your-car discussion. Also, within the "Opti-Coat" discussion you note there was mention of how 2.0 was developed, the likelihood of a smaller syringe for doing headlight repair, why it bonds so well, that it restores some trim and not others, how much you need for a vehicle, etc.
