Are Compounds damaging to clearcoat/paint?

However is there any step where i have to wait inorder for the product to cure? (I think i read somewhere that i have to wait 24 hours between RMG and NB, is there any others).

There's no sealant involved just a glaze and a wax. No waiting needed.

When applying the product (OP, AIO, RMG, NB) Do you have to wait till it hazes then wipe it off or can you just WOWO.

I don't let polishes dry all the way, not AIO either. I *do* let most LSPs dry completely, but many prefer to W-O-W-O.
