Please can someone advice me on how best to prep my car fro my new products



I have alot! of 3m and autoglym on the car at the moment.



Would it be best to wash with a strong detergent (dawn)

And start afresh with my new stuff

or

Just put the new polish and wax over the top of what i already have.



I am switching to A1 (Iauto) polish and A1 or megs wax.

New polishes will remove old waxes and sealants. Start with a detergent wash and follow up with a polish. Then use your new sealant or wax.



Like Black Regal said, using new products you should start from scratch, which means stripping off old products first. Its basically your normal full detail job.
