Apparently no one washes cars in Ohio: Someone send me a 100% cotton mitt please.

That is the 100% cotton one. Look for the cotton seal on it. The other one has cheaper foam backing and is a cotton/poly blend. It is not as plush, and has exposed stitching. I don't like it at all.



The white ones are hard to find. I had 3. I am using one, one I am sending to YO STEVE in trade, and I have one left. Start the bidding : )
 
floni you didn't get all the info in the terms of the trade, DK is getting more Klasse :D Don sparked the germ on him.

Why would someone who has tried it want more of it? First his dad's caddy and pretty soon the bimmer! floni, I think you should get some Klasse too.
 
I checked 3 Autozone's over the past few days. The wash mitts were Viking but NO 100% cotton tags, it just said "soft" on it. Well today I went to a Napa auto supply store and they have a 100% cotton, oversized mitt with no foam backing and no seams for $2.99. The part number is 760-1131. It will replace my red banded foam lined Detailers Best from Pep Boys.:up
 
im very sensitive......im such a nice sweet guy....when did i become the zaino guy....i never put down klasse........im so diplomatic in all my posts.......now im hurt......i have to go think about my place in the detailing universe now..........Guess keeps ganging up on me......me and him used to be tight.back in the day..i pulled his ass outta the fire many times back in Nam....but thats all forgotten....what a tangled web we weave.......;) :p
 
I got mine from AutoZone. Did you try stores like Pep Boys, Murray's? What about SuperTrak since they are going out of business (you might be able to get one cheaper)?

If you got it at AutoZone, then it is not the cotton version. They only carry the rayon/poly. Retailers that carry our 100% cotton version are Strauss Auto (East coast), O'Reilly's (Midwest), Schucks, Kragen, and Checkers (West Coast).



so......i dont know...i got the one in the pic from strauss....just be careful if u dont see that 100% sticker in there.......:confused:
 
They have two sizes, 6x10 and 8x14.



The 6x10 mitt is NAPA p/n 760-1130 and costs $3.99.



The 8x14 mitt is NAPA p/n 760-1131 and costs $5.69.



Both state "100% cotton" on the packaging. White cuffs, no foam inserts.



I bought two big ones and one small one today.



Most towns have a NAPA auto parts so don't forget to stop and check them out. Also, NAPA is the best place to buy 3M products as they carry an extensive line.

I guess I got a great deal here in LA at the NAPA auto supply store, they only charged me $2.99, should I buy a case:D
 
id keep um all for me...:p ...i couldnt find it on NAPA online...maybe its 1 of those productsa that they only have inside the actual store...........heres a pic of the only one i found on their site...
 
I was thinking, "maybe I should post a pic". Went to NAPAonline and found the mitt but saw Senor Speedy beat me to the post.



No probs. That's the one. $4.99 I see....looks like I got reamed! No wonder they had 6 in stock.... everyone's thinking, "what idiot would pay that price".... good thing I got money to burn.
