hey all. ive got a mytee hp100 in my shop and am having some troubles with it. it heats up fine, gets steaming hot but it only stays that way for a couple of minutes, not even long enough to do a set of floormats sometimes.
So today i took the thermostats off and they were fairly dirtyso i cleaned them as well as the surface on the heater and got them looking like new. I figured i would run some system cleaner through it while i was it. ran the pump for a minute to make sure everything had the cleaner in it and let it sit.
So i run the water and cleaner through it a good while later and then flush with clean water but none of this fixed my problem, still wont stay hot. So what do you guys think? elements bad maybe? the machine is about 2 years old and sees at least a few hours of work a day. i wanna upgrade to the 2400w heaters but i need to get this figured out first. THanks for any help you might be able to give.
