I quit smoking "cold turkey" back in 2002 on new years right after midnight. All my friends doubted me because I was at 1 pack a day (plus) habit.

I vape but not that addictive crap, just the good stuff, and thats on rare occasions

I cant picture Accumulator vaping or smoking for the life of me.

Im kind of spoiled; I have a shop thats kind of local (Maddcat Vapors, Hagerstown, MD) that mixes their own juice. Right now Ive settled on Cat Killah (taste just like fruit loops! Lol) and Madscope ( Frosted oatmeal). The other day I had enough points for a free 18ml bottle, so I picked out one called Razzberry Dream.... yea, turns out its a raspberry infused cannabis flavor. Felt like I was in my teens again... :lol:
 
How much do these things run? Ive never asked my vaping friends about prices so I really have no clue. I guess I will look it up too. I never really considered vaping but I am really liking Rays idea because I do have smoker friends (I quit cigs 5 years ago) and it still claws at me occasionally. Of course I have been smoking cigars for the past 3 years but nothing I consider too excessive (couple a week). Im sure the nicotine from the cigars is what has been making me eyeball cigarettes lately but if I did something like Ray with 0mg Im sure that would be plenty fine for me to get over it while I am out with friends.

Also any links to reputable places online would be greatly appreciated. Unless you all buy in store then let me know which ones are easy to find. Thanks.

I highly recommend Vaporauthority.com. Great prices and ridiculously fast shipping. As far as a piece, as I mentioned earlier the Ego One; its gotten alot cheaper. I think I bought mine for almost $60 a while back. It comes with everything you need. As far as liquid goes, some shopping at local shops and trying flavors is your best bet.

I read a medical journal last fall (in pre publishing stage) that indicated vaping at high wattage levels can cause the nicotine etc in the vape to penetrate deeper than any carcinogen found would penetrate into lung tissue from a normal cigarette smoker

I found that interesting

I dont vape..Im a smoker..yea I know its bad but so are a lot of the things we do to ourselves.

Maybe if the woman complained more Id be inclined to quit sooner.

Thanks! Also are all of these adjustable? Or what do I look for power wise? I know I have hit a couple that choked me up instantly.

The one I posted is not, the airflow is, but not the wattage. I do not recommend an adjustable wattage for the beginner. My Evic Mini is, but I keep it on low power. For the beginner or occasional user I would just stick with a pen style. Alot of shops will convince you to buy a mod box for first starting out, but that is completely unnecessary.

While you can smoke pot with a vape, what we are referring to are the ecigs (nicotine in a liquid that is heated by a coil into vapor).

Great tobacco cessation aid (smoking, dipping, etc). Not saying it is completely harmless, but the user isnt ingesting a bunch of the bad stuff in tobacco.

It it strted out as simple devices, gained in popularity, and now the electronics and such are pretty advanced. Can easily turn into a hobby if you "geek out" on electronics.
 
the best beginner device i always recommend is the eleaf 20-30 watt with a aspire nautilus mini would probably run like 60-70

Interesting. I honestly never heard of this. I do however have a customer who owns a hooka business and have worked at his huge warehouse detailing his vehicles. Its quite fascinating to see all the different kind of hookas and some are really just beautiful looking. They also have many different flavored tobacco to choose from.

I am happy to say I quit a 10 year smoking habit 30 years ago!
