Anyone used the pads from Brilex Solutions?

I've actually bought a few of them for my PC and am pretty happy with them. I'm curious though who the actual manufactuer is? I guess I could always give them a call but wanted to check here first.

That's it, I remember now that I did find those Propel pads on the Excel site, thanks! I bought the green and blue pads and tried the green with the Blackfire SRP and it seemed to work really well!
