Anyone use Opti-bond Tire Gel yet???

I'm going to apply it with an applicator just like any other tire gel. I'm sure 95% of the people that use it will do the same...

The aerosol sprays are a pain, but this air gun method uses less than half the usual amount of product and gives a very even finish w/o rubbing. The gun can be adjusted for volume and pattern which is very versitle. My dad owns a tunnel wash that uses air guns to apply tire dressing, quick wax, rain X; it is very quick and efficient. Of course, if you're mobile it may not be helpful in that by the time you unload and connect everything, you could have already been finished. I think I'm gonna get one for the shop though, I just didn't know they were so cheap.

Yeah it could be a pain but if you are in a shop or have every thing set up it is really fast and you don't get the dressing ion your hands. It was designed for production shops and car washes. Not for the every other week home wash.

Your opinion doesn't count, you probably get a kick back from the air gun manufacturer, haha. J/K Ron! If you were into as much as you are accused, you could probably retire, eh?

Same gun I use. It will cost you less then a Jackson to set it up. Unless you don't have a compressor and air hose.
 
The air gun would be a very convenient way to dress black plastic wheelwells. Has anyone tried the Opti-bond for that?
