Anyone use Mirror glaze? and what to do?

well, i bought the Fine-cut cleaner #2 and the swirl remover #9 from megs. what kind of paint would i use these for? i have a whool pad, a light cutting pad, and a polishing pad for a rotary. i know it sounds stupid that i dont know what to use it on, but im learning. i have my moms car to practice on since its going in for new paint. if anyone has had experience with these products please let me know! thanks

I have had real good luck with Meg's #9. I think Charles W uses Meg's #9. I have seen him post pics and his vehicles always look good. I've used it on clear coat, but not on single stage before.
 
by saying what kind of paint. i meant. scratches, oxidized, swirls. i did my moms hood on her car tonight, used the light cutting pad with the #2 megs and follwed with the #9 on a polishing pad, and light swirls (webs) were still there. do i need stronger stuff? maybe medium cut and a medium cut pad? or heavy cut
 
What color paint? How bad are the scratches? Did you only make one pass? Maybe you need to go over the area a couple of times. Pictures would really help, and I think you would probably get more responses. People don't want to really tell you what to do with out seeing pics--one pic is worth a thousand words.
