I need a better pump. Right now i have a penguin pump rated at 170GPH. But I can't use it in a half empty fish tank because after extending the intake tube, the distance between the pump and the water intake became too far. The pump doesn't create enough pressure to draw the water up.
Would a powerhead help in this case???
