Anyone cleaned Toyota FJ Seats?

OK, after years of doing interiors, I've stumbled upon something kinda new. I need some input on cleaning the cloth seats on an '06 FJ Cruiser from someone who has worked on one of these before. They are simular to the cloth used on Ford F-150 center consoles, or those of Honda Elements. The seats are not stained, just dirty from a client doing some serious off-roading.

Any input will be greatly appreciated.

I love my FJ.

In case you didn't know the seats are waterproof if that's any help to you. After off-roading in my, I just hit them with some 10:1 simple green and scrub with a terry cloth. Then wipe off with a clean terry cloth and water. On the seat backs and headrest I used 303.
