Anybody had problems with KlasseDirect?

I've emailed them 3x over the past 2 weeks about ordering information and I've yet to hear a single word from them.



Does anyone have a more reliable source for Klasse with cheap shipping and reliable service?



I need quite a bit of stock actually... I thought Klasse Direct is my key, but their customer service sucks.

I emailed them before, and I got a prompt reply...



If it's any help, I emailed them at sales@concoursdirect.com but got a reply from gauchobill@tcsn.net.



Maybe you can email there (the 2nd address) directly.

P.S. But I ordered from CMA because of the free shipping (to the U.S.). Then I just asked my relative to keep it first until someone comes home.

Try pm to a member here named genx. I think he wants to unload his Klasse stocks. I had a set from him with wonderful S/H to Thailand.;)
