FWIW, I've seen it on black Porsches... I lean toward a remnant of a "hot glue dent pull attempt".

BTW, I would not wetsand. Looks like the dots are at the primer already. BE CAREFUL!



Black touchup is fairly simple...

That's from an egg being thrown at the car. The shell microchips the paint, and Jim, you are right, it's down to the primer. Nothing you can really do about it; at least not the ones on my car. Kids on Mischief Night a number of years ago, before you ask.
 
oh yeah, i have had several customers ring damage like that to me. It is definatly from an egg, and definatly right to the primer. Re-paint the area is the only option
 
definately an egg missile.



Ive a few of these on clients cars. Very hard if not impossible to get out even with wet sanding.
 
That does look like an egging. It's actually the insides of the egg that do alot of that. The dealership I work at seems to get hit quite alot, but a few weeks ago I noticed a couple of cars that got hit recently and got everything off immediately. It didn't do any (or at least much) damage.
