Any suggestions on my trim?

Here are some pictures of my trim. I can never seem to get it to stay clean. Some is soft rubber, some is hard rubber (above the window.
 
Some of you might also notice the grey flecks in the paint in the background. I think it is the primer coming through (crappy 90's Chrysler paint!!). Any way to hide this? Looks good from afar, but far from good!! This is a little closer up to show it better.
 
This is some hard plastic trim along the rocker panels that seems to have been scuffed or something. Not sure how to fix it. should be glossy black.
 
the paint specs are as you said thanks to Chrysler..not much can be done...for that rubber ..looks pretty bad...you might want to try some prep-sol or mineral spririts on a tooth brush and then wipe down with Spray and Wipe after to remove the solvents...you can also try some Dawn on a tooth brush and repeat as needed, but you will need to put a dressing on after...

overall without seeing it and playing with it myself it's hard to say what exactly would work...
 
It all looks good when dressed. But the whiteness always comes back. I guess a toothbrush and some time, with the right cleansers, should get it back to looking black. I was also going to try peanut butter to see if that does the trick. Dressing the stuff is a PITA. I end up using foam chisel brushed to do it, and that makes it a lot easier, but some stuff still gets on the paint or chrome trim.
 
Try using Forever Black on a small applicator (Q-tip perhaps). Forever Black is powerful stuff, so dont get in a rush.
 
I tried Forever Black on my other car's side view mirror, and it came out real streaky. I might not have taken the time to do it properly though. I think I might try that as a last resort.
