tom p. said:I've tried most of the products mentioned here. Lots of good choices, no doubt. I picked up a bottle of WINDEX Foaming No Drip cleaner a few days ago based upon a recent comparo in Consumers' Distort. I paid around $3 for it from the grocery store. I used it on the car and thought it did a great job. In fact, it looked so good, kinda like Stoner's IG, that I kept going back to the car and finally convinced myself that it must be my imagination
I spent several hours cleaning glass in the house (windows, doors, chandelier, etc.) this past weekend and it turns out that this product kicks some serious you-know-what and it does leave the glass super glossy. Lack of streaking is another benefit. In fact, it probably cleans better/faster and looks nicer than anything else I have tried recently. It's a nice $3 surprise. It's that good!

I don't think it's a new product, I just haven't really noticed it before.
I use Windex as well. I am actually surprised to see the number of people using expensive glass cleaner. But then again I don't have a $80K car or work in auto detailing. But I am perfectly content with using good old Windex on my cars and home.
