Any of you Subie guys run Noltec Endlinks?

If so how do you like them? I need a new set of rear endlinks and I am leaning towards Noltec.

Thanks!

Not on a Subie, but I've got pretty much the entire Noltec catalog on my Galant VR4. Very good products. I highly recommend that. Whiteline also has fantastic products...

Thanks! I missed this reply until now. I think I will give them a try.

FWIW I just put a set of Helix Rear endlinks from Gruppe-S (3/4 of the way down the page), only $99 shipped, just a hair more than the Noltecs (as I recall about $95?) which I also looked at. They are paired with a 22mm whiteline adjustable rear sway and the combination is sweet. The Helix rear links have a spherical bearing which helps cut down (eliminate for most) on the clunking noise Subies tend to get with aftermarket swaybar+endlink combos.

Two big thumbs up from me!

What are you putting 'em on? Mine are on an '04 2.5RS

Danase, any particular reason you like the Noltecs? Also, what size ARB are you using and what endlinks do you have right now?

I have a 22mm rear bar on my 2.5RS and use Whiteline links, the original steel ones: ugly, cheap, and very effective! :D If I were concerned about looks (on a part that's not easily seen) or if I were using a bigger bar, I would go for the alloy Whiteline ones: beautiful, more expensive and very effective! :D

Thanks guys! I might swap my bar out all together. I have a Perrin on a 2005 RS with Kartboy Endlinks. The KB's bushings came out on me. I just found out that Perrin just switched their rear sway bar design to be the exact match for the stock bar so I might remove the bar and sell it and get the new design Perrin. The front I have a Whiteline bar with stock endlinks.

I didn't know there were any subie guys on here.

I have the Cusco adjustable rear sway with gtspec endlinks and I haven't had any problems on my '04. I also have a 21mm front sway.

I run the newer design Perrin 3-way adj. swaybar with the Helix endlinks. They are noisy as hell. The first time I heard it I thought I broke something.

To me endlinks are endlinks. I don't see a need to pay more than $100. Anything is an upgrade compared to the stock plastic ones.

Really? are the endlinks causing the noise or is it something about the Perrin RSB? My Whiteline/Helix combo in the rear is easily as quiet as the factory stuff. And you are absolutely correct about anything being better than the factory plastic.... Those things are completely worthless.

Danase, I actually just recieved my perrin front and rear sways and front and rear perrin endlinks. Havent had time to install them yet but very nice parts. Perrin uses a spherical berring on there endlinks allowing some play with mis-alignment situations. Also for the non sti rear endlinks perrin includes polyurethane spacers to further helping with load transferring.

also perrins new rear sway actually replaces the weak oem mounts. If your at all interested in them www.jscspeed.com has the best prices i have found (email chris@jscspeed.com to get the best price)
