Any "detailing" TV shows at all?

I was wondering if there are any shows that I am not aware of that feature any sort of detailing, preferably machine polishing and polishing products.

I know I can check out Youtube and Meguiar's website for some "how to" videos.

I'm sure I would have seen anything like mentioned already, still worth asking.

Thanks.

Don't know of any detailing TV shows, but I've found the DVD called "Buffing With Confidence" very informative on the machine polishing and product topics. It also covers the stages of paint and a clear explanation of what you're working with.

It is expensive, but worth every penny of it. Plus, you can watch it anytime if you need refreshing.

Actually, there is kind of a TV detailing show, not really a how-to though. It's called Car Crazy, and it's on the Speed Channel, hosted by Barry Meguiar.

Disclaimer: I haven't ever seen this show, I don't think, and I believe it's more of a "car crazy" show about show cars and their owners than about detailing.

I also have this video and it is great. But the package and the disc are made cheap.

Actually, that show is what prompted my question.

I wonder what pad and product Barry uses on his teeth to make them so shiny white and glossy?

True, the outer part looks like it was made in someone's garage, but excellent content. It's what's inside that counts! :chuckle:

+ 1. It is a great DVD with lots of tips I have never seen anywhere else. Plus you can go back and review anytime you want.

You can also check out YouTube search for polishing and wet sanding.
