Any detailers near northern NJ????

Just bought a used car and let's just say it has some scratches on it and also ghost lines of decals. The paint itself is shiny and looks good from a few feet away. It's a 99 Crown Victoria and was an ex state police car. I don't use a polisher on my cars and detail them on a regular basis but I think this car may need more help than I can give it.

Anybody in my neck of the woods care to look at it and give me their honest opinion. Once I get the scratches out I won't need to keep using the polisher so I don't want to buy one just for one time. I don't even mind using a polisher on it if someone wants to give me tips in person.

Thank and you can email me at g.hentschel@verizon.net.

Kind of off topic, but I'll ask anyway- how much did you pay for the car and where did you get it? I'm looking for one right one. How many miles? It looks like its in good condition.

I bought it off ebay for $5,000 and drove to Michigan to pick it up. It's a 99 with 84k. It was used by the Michigan State Police as a higway cruiser. It's a special blue just for them so it stands out being in NJ now. It's a tight car considering it was used for police use.

How would you like the finish??? If you want a show car shine, I can help. Otherwise, if you really arent concerned with quality, I can recommend 10 local shops off the top of my head.

Even though it's an ex police car and has some very minor dings in the body I would like the best possible shine on it. If the paint really cleans up well I may even have the dent wizard remove some. So it's sounds like you can help me. Where in north jersey are you?
