any comments on stoner invisible glass?

I was a die hard Stoner IG user until I found Meguiars NXT Glass Cleaner. I find the NXT works alittle better for me. I loved the IG but thought it was a pain with the aerosol. I know they have just released a pump version. Both worked great for me. If I had to pick between the 2 my vote would go to NXT.

I think that Stoners is one of the best performing products in my cabinet. I find it great for removing the film inside of a windshield. I do hate the aerosol though and may have the try the NXT or the pump Stoners sometime.

Stoner's is my go to glass cleaner. I used the NXT and I really wanted to like it. It cleaned my windows nicely but about 2 days later I could see streaks from the MF I used. I have some new MF's coming and I will try it again and see if I get streaks again.

I would use an aerosol product like IG ( not my favorite) possibly for inital heavy cleaning to cut through grime. I would have to follow up with a trigger sprayer cleaner or IPA:water to complete the job though. The aerosols always leave some kind of residue behind which was always a huge pet peeve of mine with IG. I rarely use any aerosols any more these days with Megs NXT Glass Cleaner taking their place when needed or the simple IPA:water in a small pump spritz bottle using two dedicated glass cloths, one to agitate, the other to wipe and dry. I'll probably trying this with surgical huck towels next.

i like 2 glass cleaners.

1) meguiars nxt... - BUT seems to show smearing after 2+days?

2) (favorite) - DIRTEX from Lowes...find it in the paint isle. really good

I have a can of IG in my garage that I used twice. I wasn't very impressed. I like the Sprayway Glass Cleaner much better. It really seems to cut through grime much better and it foams so it doesn't run all over the place.

^^ same as above.....IG is my second favorite. I like Sprayway the best, Ive seen little streaking with IG but next to none with sprayway.

This is the Glass cleaner I use.

Buy 1 gal. of Distiled water.

1 bottle of Johnsons Baby Shampoo.

1 bottle of Isopropyl Rubbing Alcohol 80%

In your 30oz. spray bottle add 3 parts water 1 part Rubbing Alcohol. The bottle should almost be full. Add 4 to 5 drops of the baby shampoo. Shake and ready to use.

I've used a lot of glass cleaners but IG has been the best. I don't find I get streaks and it really does remove film from the inside. Will have to keep an eye out for the pump version. Costco still has the aerosol for sale currently.

Does the baby shampoo leave any film?
