Well, not by choice...only here because of my job. 
Always been into making my own cars look "good" (how little I really new about what looked good) but nothing beyond washing and waxing. Bought a used 2003 Infiniti G35 about 9 years ago that needed work. Through forums like this and some experimentation, I started to learn what it really took to make a car look good and started to love the hobby.
Very rarely do I detail any cars but my own...an occasional friend or relative...So I still consider myself a novice and can't wait to learn as much as I can from all of you. Thanks for having me.
