Well, I, like some of the other new threads I have read here am one of those who has been hanging around here for a couple of weeks. I just recently bought some Black Magic Liquid Wax, put it on, and really liked how it looked, then I find this site and... you get the idea.
Today I bought a bunch of stuff from Target as I am fed up with the quality of car washes around here. Two days ago, I took my Jeep up to the Fleet Farm wash and when it was all done and dry, I could still wipe off a layer of dust with my fingers :beat
The things I purchased are:
1 Meguiars Water Magnet drying towel
1 Meguiars Ultra Plush Wash Mitt
a 2-pack of Meguiars Even-Coat Applicators
a 12-pack of Vroom MF's
and some Meguiars Gold Class Car Wash and Conditioner
I realize after purchasing them that these are not the top quality versions of their stuff because obviously it was bought at Target, but I figure that at least I will be in charge of quality controll now and I hope to get my Jeep nice and shiny.
p.s. I will upload some pictures in a couple of days because it doesn't look all that great right now and we are forecasted for some rain and I don't feel like giving it the works only to have it rained on in the same day (I park outside)
