Announcing NXT iNtense eXtreme Training 9-22-2012

Thanks for making me feel bad Greg lol. Maybe a pay-per-view pod cast or live feed could be set up after the class is full for those of us that can't make the trip. Hint.hint Kevin.

Sorry if this message is hard to read but my tears are making the paper soggy.

Agreed about the web streaming.... there's just no way I can make it but I would gladly pay to watch/listen in.

Add one more to this list. It's next to impossible to break free from a full-time job, family and part-time detailing to go coast-to-coast even for a class as worthwhile as this.

And none of the cool stuff ever happens in NC anyway...

Oh speaking of dancing bananas, I'll be there as well!!!!

Nice! This is turning out to be one heck of an event! :2thumbs:

Hey Joe,

Seeing your sig makes me think of what my wife witnessed last night on here way out to Cali. She was on the plan sitting in coach near a soldier and some guy sitting in first class came back and gave up his seat for him. Very cool! Brought tears to my wife's eyes! :2thumbs:

MRI on Friday. All I want to hear is..."Yep, you detached your tendon at the elbow. No more bicep, but ... YOU CAN STILL POLISH."

I was told that I can get by if the pain is not too bad. If not, surgery...but after the 22nd. :)

I'm looking to attend Kevin. How many more spots do you have left open?

Sorry for the delayed response. Hard to say how many guys are 100% in on the training. Were very close to (if not already at) our planned 20 attendees.

Paid in full guys are plentiful, others have substantial partial payments on the line, and a few have mentioned wanting to attend.

Jason and I had discussed adding a second class, but only if we saw that we could FILL a second class. So far, I'm not seeing that qty over and above what a Sturday class could handle.

We would have to discuss the feasibility, line up a second set of assistants, etc.

Any thoughts or discussions about adding an online feed/coverage for folks who can't attend in person? There are at least a few of us who would be willing to pay for such an opportunity....

Charlie,

We haven't discussed this topic in any depth. It's not that we wouldn't want to set up this sort of thing, but rather the time/cost/difficulty in getting all the details worked out. Keep in mind that you're getting an answer from ME, and I've never set up this sort of thing. Although Meguiar's is a worldwide company with vast technology at its disposal, we haven't asked for nor delved into the topic in any detail. We also do not know how successful the training event will be (just now confirmed that we are adding a second class, scheduled for Sunday, September 23rd).

Finally, knowing Jason Rose and Mike Stoops, if we DID offer such coverage, they'd likely want to tailor the training to specifically for it. Things such as buffer noise masking what the Instructors are saying, students watching a demo (and the camera or camera guy not being able to get a decent shot), etc... these are all issues that could turn off a guy that paid to watch. That's the best I've got on the subject right now.

It won't be the same without you there. That being said... we're forging ahead regardless. :sosad :twitch: :becky:

Gotcha, thanks for responding. Guess I'll just have to hope this becomes an annual event and try to make it out next time around.
