an Open Love Letter to ExcelDetail

Another VERY happy Customer here.

Placed my first order 2 weeks ago, ordered monday night and received my order wednesday afternoon, packed great all correct. autogeek takes between 9-13 days for my order to get here.

Placing another order right now.

Thanks

I've bought a good number of times from Patrick and have referred multiple buyers to him. There's yet to be a negative comment. In fact, a few folks have replied back to me and reported a very pleasant buying experience.

Patrick's key to success: Simplicity, RAPID and inexpensive delivery, mutual trust, personalization and a nice product line up.

Thanks, Patrick!! :2thumbs:

Yeah , I've always been amazed at the shipping times ,too.

He and I are on opposite sides of the country and my orders consistently

reach me faster than from other vendors...usually within 3-4 days ; whereas

the average elsewhere is closer to the 7-10 day mark.

Nothing to be amazed about! Patrick keeps it real and ships the day he receives the order instead of sitting on it for several days before getting it out the door.

Man I want to order from Patrick, but he doesn't carry Menzerna :( or am I wrong?

Not that i can find on the website, i hope that he adds more companys to his inventory, then he will get almost all of my money :D

How is this possible? I order from Patrick on Saturday afternoon. The package is in my mailbox this afternoon (Monday).

Guys, we're talking about Left Coast >> Right Coast

just ordered som mf from patrick....speedy shipping on his end.....got my ship confirmation the next day. i've ordered from him before and always great service.

now fedex on the other hand.....

I ordered on late friday night some waffle weave drying towels, micro fiber towels and the 6.5 cutting pad kit. Wasn't expecting to see it until atleast wednesday and to my surprise came today in the mail. Now that is what I call fast shipping, although Patrick did not send me any margarita's (lol). However he did send me some samples of charlie's soap and candy. The quality of what I ordered was better then expected, the price was outstanding compared to other sites and the customer service was even better. Needless to say this will not be my last order from Exceldetail (Patrick) and I would recommend this site to everyone. Thank you Patrick for your great service, Mike...

I mistakenly received a bunch (I think a dozen) Blue Supreme MF towels from Patrick once. I contacted him to let him know and he told me to keep them (a 12-pack)! I thought that was really kind.

Here's my story about Exceldetail and Patrick. Great customer service. I decided to do a complete MF upgrade to my stock of WW's and MF QD towels. I recently de-swirled my paint on all horizontal surfaces. My paint was in perfect shape - alright about 99.5%. I observed after a wash, dry and QD that I saw a slight scratch. From the shape and location of the scratch I eliminated the wash mitt. That left either the WW (Meg WM) or my QD MF's. Examining the towel condition, I observed that over time that the towels subtly turned stiffer. They used to be soft.

I did extensive research here and there, and decided to ring Patrick last Thursday. He was out of stock on the WW Monterreys.

However, he got them in my hands Friday afternoon ready for my Saturday morning wash. The Monterrey WW's were as advertised very soft. The 25x34 size was more than ample to absorb all the left over rinse.

By the time I finished by wash, the Exceldetail Elites came in via USPS.

Wow, those Elites are the bomb. The plushest towels that touched my paint. On one side it was very plush, and on the other side the pile is shorter - excellent for glass work. Only using one towel (folded into thirds and halfed- 6 surfaces per side). The QD session was effortless and the paint showed it. No marring, no scratches. Flipping to the other side with the shorter pile, I did my glass. Awesome.

I tip my hat to Patrick and his great customer service, and the great stable of products that he sells. I just couldn't let such good service go unrewarded.

not surprising coming from patrick! customer service doesn't get any better than that... :woot:

I have a serious complain, I received my order this morning and not one piece of candy. :D

On a serious note, I've placed 4 or 5 orders over the last year, and Patrick has gone above and beyond in the customer service department. Great product, great prices, and great service. What more can you ask for? (Other than the candy)

Got a recent order in the other day. Only 4 day shipping from California to Long Island, NY.

Oh, got some candy as well!
