I got this forwarded to me in an email, and immediately thought of potential auto-related applications. While not really an auto detailing product, I'm sure some here might find some uses for it on their cars.

I wouldn't waste your money. I did thankfully got mine back. It didn't even work that great on my mailbox.

The long thread ended inconclusively, and that was two years ago. I was going to try it on my aluminum wheels. Hasn't anyone else tried this product in an automotive application?

It doesn't dry clear, so you might not like how it looks on your wheels (unless you like them with a "flat light haze").

Sounds to me a like a good subject for Wed. Night Chat! Like a lot of "advertised-marketed-mass marketed products", is it real, or it one that that some may be looking for as an "easy, but un-informed", answer to a concern that they actually know nothing about?
